Lucy Watkins is an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Advisor with over two decades in the industry. Currently with Bellator Real Estate’s Fairhope office, Lucy combines her extensive knowledge of real estate with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
After graduating from Millsaps College with a Business degree, Lucy began her career working as a title closer for a closing attorney, which provided her with a solid foundation in property transactions. She transitioned into commercial real estate, gaining valuable experience with prestigious firms like Trammell Crow Company (Atlanta) and Taylor & Mathis (Birmingham).
In 2003, Lucy relocated to Mobile, where she began her career in residential real estate in Mobile County. Later, she shifted her focus to Baldwin County, establishing herself as a trusted expert in the local market. After taking time to raise her family, Lucy returned to real estate in 2022, finding a perfect fit with Bellator Real Estate.
A lifelong learner, Lucy is committed to staying ahead of industry trends and continually enhances her skills through ongoing education and training.

Community Involvement:
Lucy actively contributes to her community as a member of the City of Daphne Planning Commission, serving as a proxy to Mayor LeJeune. She is also an enthusiastic participant in Eastern Shore Chamber events.

Real estate runs in Lucy’s blood—her father, uncle and grandfather were real estate developers, which has inspired her unwavering commitment to her clients and the art of real estate.
Personal:
Lucy values time spent with family and friends, often hosting gatherings and preparing meals for loved ones and friends. She and her husband, Jay, have a son at the University of Alabama and a daughter at Bayside Academy. Lucy and family are members of Saint Lawrence Catholic Church. An ardent Alabama football fan, Lucy’s “Roll Tide” spirit mirrors her dedication to her clients and her community.
